About me
I am Beth, a beloved daughter and Certified Christian Life Coach who has survived childhood trauma, depression and cancer. Several times in my life, I felt so depressed that I considered taking my life. It was only after I understood God’s great love for me and spent time in nature that I began to heal. If you are ready to heal, consider connecting with me as your God-confidence leadership coach. I would love to encourage you on your healing journey to confident joy. Using Spirit-led and client-informed sessions, I will guide you to new beginnings, refreshed mindset, and holistic healing where you connect to your Creator, discovering your God-given design and rebuilding relationships. Philippians 1:6 “Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on until completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

One on one Coaching
You have worked through the emotions of healing depression, and are ready to rise in confidence, God’s way. In these one-hour sessions, we will spend time listening to the Lord, asking for illumination into false beliefs and fresh pictures of how God sees you and your situation. Using natural healing techniques, creative journaling and Biblical encouragement, you will grow in confidence, rejoicing in your unique design. We will celebrate progress, small and large steps! You are a new creation in Christ!

Pre-paid sessions are $47 per one hour time slot. Bulk rates for four sessions or more are available. Please see the pricing page for more information. Payment plans are available, if you choose to buy four or more sessions at a time.

You can expect to connect with God in a real and personal way. As you listen to the Lord, He will reveal Himself through words, images, Scriptures, and Biblical promises to help you heal and find wholeness. Each session probably will feel different, as you gain new insights and revelation.
